This workout is done just like the song Twelve Days of Xmas….Round 1 = 1 Full Court Suicide Round 2 = 2 Bear Crawls and 1 Full Court Sucide.etc. Until all 12 rounds are complete. I made this workout to use use body weight. It can be done at your local park.
